Safety and Supervision
We strive to ensure the safety and well-being of your children by providing the standard, child-friendly art materials, begin each session with safety instructions, and actively supervise activities. In the case of caregiver-accompanied sessions, it is also the responsibility of accompanying caregivers to supervise their child during art activities to prevent any potential accidents.
Privacy and Photography
We highly value the privacy and comfort of all participants in our sessions and strive to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone. To that end, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Respect for Privacy
While we encourage capturing memories, we ask for sensitivity and caution. Some parents or caregivers may prefer not to have their child's image in photographs. Therefore, we kindly request that you seek permission before taking any photos to respect everyone's preferences.
Photography by Boldly In Art
During our sessions, we may take photos and short videos to document the engaging experiences we offer. These visuals may be utilised on our official website or shared on our social media platforms to highlight the meaningful moments we share.
Your Choice and Consent
Your comfort is paramount to us. If you or your child prefer not to be photographed during our sessions, please inform us either during booking or before the session begins. We aim to ensure your comfort throughout the entire experience.
Cancellation
We appreciate your dedication to attending our sessions and the unique experiences we provide. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:Refunds:
All paid sessions are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by the studio due to technical issues, emergencies, or unforeseen problems on our end.
If the studio cancels a session due to illness, extreme weather, or an emergency, you will receive a 100% refund and a 5% voucher to your next booking.
Refunds or credited sessions will not be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) except in cases of illness.
Rescheduling:
Illness-Related Cancellations: If you or your child cannot attend a session due to illness and provide last-minute notice, you may reschedule the session once to the next available date. However, consecutive rescheduling for the same session will not be allowed.
Advance Notice: Rescheduling is allowed if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This provides us sufficient time to offer your spot to someone else or adjust resources.
Last-Minute Rescheduling: Non-illness-related last-minute rescheduling will not be accommodated. In such cases, you will need to book a new session.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling:
If the studio needs to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or emergencies, we will offer full flexibility for you to attend a future session without any extra charge.
In the event of a complete cancellation from our side, you will receive a 100% refund and a 5% voucher to your next booking.
In the event of not meeting minimum enrollment of a class (min 2 pax sign up), you will receive a notification 24hr in advance, and you can choose to receive a 100% refund or a rescheduling to another session

Minimum Enrollment Policy
Classes will only proceed with a minimum of 2 sign-ups. If a class does not meet this minimum enrollment, participants will be notified in advance, and you will have the option to reschedule to a future session or receive a full refund. Indemnity Clause
I hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Boldly in Art, its employees, representatives, agents, owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from any personal injury, illness, sickness, harm, or loss/damage of personal items incurred during participation in any of our activities or events. I acknowledge that participation in such activities carries an inherent risk, and I agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or breakage of personal items during the program, regardless of cause. -
